[01:36.40]so, do you think that Rhys would’ve written The Wide Sargasso Sea if Jane Eyre had never been written.

[02:01.69]And isn't there more to this setting and just where the author happens to come from. [02:06.41]Don’t you think there is more to the fact that Jane Eyre takes place in England, but The Wide Sargasso Sea is mostly set in Jamaica.
