One of my best friend Juli has great impacts on the basketball team she attends. It impresses me a lot that she is always managed to fuel the morale of her team. I remembered once her team was confronted with an obstacle that their coach could not guide them in the finals. Instead of being dispirited, she encouraged all the team members to overcome this barrier, organizing and directing the team toward success. In addition, she is willing to exchange her idea about basketball with other members. She believed that “two heads are better than one”. In this way, the whole team can figure out better strategies to fight against their counterparts.
